She's very inquisitive and has a deep sense of emotional intelligence. She will be the first to comfort someone if they're hurting and she'll be the second to tell someone off for being ignorant if the Doctor beats her to it. Snark is a specialty of Rose's and it's rare for her to not crack a cheeky joke of some sort in every situation. Rose is also a flirt. Any pretty boy that comes her way, she's liable to flirt with and has been known to collect them, much to the Doctor's chagrin. Sadly, all of these relationships (with the exception of Jack Harkness) are superficial and it mainly lies within the fact that she's in love with the Doctor and would truly have stayed with him forever had fate allowed it. She also has an iron-willed determination. Once she sets her mind to something, she's going to do it whether it endangers her own life or the life of everyone in a given universe. If something gets between her and the Doctor, leave it to Rose to find a way to get back to him, especially if he tells her not to. She can be hideously rebellious in that sense and this is what makes her so jeopardy-friendly. Abilities: Rose has a great sense of empathy and learns very quickly. She's picked up a few things from being with the Doctor, and working at the Torchwood of Pete's World has given her access to all sorts of alien technology she knows how to use in a pinch. Weaknesses: Chips, her own curiosity, the Doctor, pretty boys, fear of being abandoned (again), her own empathy, and talking down to her will promptly result in you being told off.
